・申込、予約、お問い合わせ時に入力された情報

・SNS経由でのお問い合わせや外部フォーム送信時に、そのプラットフォームの設定に基づいて送信される情報

当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、契約上、技術上、組織上の適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

なお、クレジットカード情報は決済代行会社により適切に管理され、当社はクレジットカード番号そのものを保持・保存しません。

Depending on the infrastructure and third-party services we use, data may be stored or processed mainly in the European Union or other regions. In addition, service providers such as Stripe, Google, and Cloudflare may process data in the United States, the European Union, Vietnam, or other countries and regions.

We implement appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal data.

We do not store or retain full credit card numbers. Such information is handled appropriately by payment service providers.

- Where the user has given consent

- Where sharing is necessary with service providers or contractors to achieve the purposes of use

- Where disclosure is required by law

- Where sharing is necessary in connection with a business transfer, corporate restructuring, or similar transaction

Our main service providers or cooperating parties may include Systeme.io, Stripe, KOMOJU, Wise, Google, Cloudflare, and local support partners in Vietnam. We work with such parties under appropriate contracts or management standards.
