本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、AkSakei.com Pte. Ltd.（以下「当社」）が運営する会員組織「ベトナムロングステイ倶楽部」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。お客様は、本サービスに申し込むことにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using “Vietnam Long-Stay Club” (the “Service”), operated by AkSakei.com Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By applying for the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1｜本サービスの内容 / Description of Service

本サービスは、ベトナムでの中長期滞在に関心を有する方に向けた年会員制サービスです。

会員は、会員期間中、当社が別途案内する情報提供、案内、サポート、特典、コミュニティ関連サービス等を利用することができます。

本サービスの具体的な内容、提供方法、提供頻度および提供範囲は、販売ページ、当社からの案内、または当社が別途定める内容に従うものとします。

※本サービスは旅行業法に基づく旅行商品ではありません。航空券や宿泊施設等の手配は、会員様ご自身の名義で行っていただくか、現地の提携パートナーをご紹介する形となります。当社が直接の旅行手配や代行を行うことはございません。

The Service is an annual membership program for those interested in medium- to long-term stays in Vietnam.

During the membership period, members may access information, guidance, support, benefits, and community-related services separately announced by us.

The specific content, method, frequency, and scope of the Service shall be as stated on the sales page, in our notices, or as otherwise separately prescribed by us.

Note: This service is not a travel product under the Travel Agency Act. Arrangements for airline tickets, accommodations, and other travel-related services must be made either in the member’s own name or through a referral to a local partner. We do not directly arrange or book travel on the member’s behalf.

2｜申込および契約成立 / Application and Formation of Agreement

お客様と当社との契約は、申込ページにおいて必要事項の入力および決済手続が完了し、当社がこれを確認した時点で成立します。

当社は、申込内容に不備がある場合、虚偽記載がある場合、または当社が不適切と判断した場合、申込を承諾しないことがあります。

The agreement between you and us is formed when the required information is entered on the application page, payment is completed, and we confirm such completion.

We may reject an application if there is any deficiency, false information, or any other reason we deem inappropriate.

3｜会員期間 / Membership Period

会員期間は、当社が決済を確認した日から1年間とします。

The membership period shall be one year from the date on which we confirm payment.

4｜更新について / Renewal

本サービスは、会員組織の内容、提供体制、価格その他の重要事項に大幅な変更がない限り、原則として毎年自動更新されます。

自動更新時には、登録済みのお支払い方法により、次年度の年会費を決済する場合があります。

当社が重要な変更を予定している場合は、事前に当社所定の方法によりご案内します。

Unless there is a material change in the organization, service structure, pricing, or other important matters, the Service will in principle renew automatically each year.

Upon renewal, the annual membership fee for the following year may be charged using your registered payment method.

If we plan any material changes, we will notify you in advance by a method separately designated by us.

5｜料金および支払方法 / Fees and Payment

本サービスの年会費は、販売ページまたは申込ページに記載された金額とし、現時点では39,800円（税込）です。

お支払い方法は、クレジットカード決済その他当社が別途認める方法とします。

お支払いに必要な通信料、銀行振込手数料その他の手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。

The annual membership fee for the Service shall be the amount shown on the sales page or application page, currently JPY 39,800 (tax included).

Payment shall be made by credit card or any other method separately approved by us.

Any communication charges, bank transfer fees, or other fees required for payment shall be borne by the customer.

6｜サービス提供開始時期 / Commencement of Service

決済完了後、当社所定の方法により、会員サービスのご案内または提供を開始します。

提供開始時期は、決済確認後、通常72時間以内を目安とします。

ただし、年末年始、祝日、システム障害その他やむを得ない事情により、案内または提供開始が遅れる場合があります。

After payment is completed, we will begin providing access to the membership service or related guidance by our prescribed method.

The service will normally begin within 72 hours after payment confirmation.

However, the start of service may be delayed due to year-end holidays, public holidays, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

7｜キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation and Refund

本サービスは通信販売に該当するため、特定商取引法上のクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。

決済完了後かつサービス提供開始前で、当社が特に認めた場合に限り、個別にキャンセルまたは返金対応を行うことがあります。

サービス提供開始後の返金は、原則としてお受けできません。

重複決済その他、当社の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合は、当社判断により返金対応を行います。

As the Service constitutes distance selling, the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply.

After payment is completed but before the Service begins, cancellation or refund may be handled individually only where we specifically approve it.

Once the Service has commenced, refunds are generally not available.

In the event of duplicate payment or any cause attributable to us, we may provide a refund at our discretion.

8｜中途解約 / Mid-term Cancellation

会員期間の途中で退会された場合でも、日割り計算による返金は行いません。

Even if you cancel your membership during the membership period, no prorated refund will be provided.

9｜禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct

お客様は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

・虚偽情報の提供

・他の会員、第三者または当社に対する誹謗中傷、迷惑行為、威圧的行為

・本サービスを通じて提供される資料、情報、コンテンツ等の無断転載、複製、再配布、共有

・当社または他の会員の運営を妨害する行為

・法令、公序良俗または本規約に違反する行為

・その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

You must not engage in any of the following:

- Providing false information

- Defamation, harassment, intimidation, or nuisance toward other members, third parties, or us

- Unauthorized reproduction, reposting, redistribution, or sharing of materials, information, or content provided through the Service

- Interference with our operations or those of other members

- Violations of laws, public order, morals, or these Terms

- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

10｜会員資格の停止・終了 / Suspension or Termination of Membership

お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前通知なく本サービスの利用停止、会員資格の終了その他必要な措置を講じることができます。

この場合、当社は既受領の年会費を返金する義務を負いません。

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the Service, terminate your membership, or take any other necessary measures without prior notice.

In such case, we shall have no obligation to refund any membership fee already received.

11｜免責事項 / Disclaimer

当社は、本サービスにおいて提供する情報の正確性、完全性、有用性、最新性等の確保に努めますが、これらを保証するものではありません。

本サービスに表示された内容や提供される情報には、個人差、地域差、制度変更その他の事情により差異が生じる場合があります。

当社は、特定の結果、利益、在留資格の取得、居住継続その他の成果を保証するものではありません。

また、第三者サービス、外部事業者、行政機関、交通機関、宿泊施設、通信環境その他当社の管理が及ばない事由により生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

We strive to ensure the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, and timeliness of information provided through the Service, but do not guarantee any of these.

The content and information provided through the Service may vary due to individual circumstances, regional differences, legal or system changes, or other factors.

We do not guarantee any specific result, profit, visa or residency outcome, or any other outcome.

We shall not be liable for any damage arising from third-party services, external providers, governmental authorities, transportation, accommodations, communication environments, or any other causes beyond our control.

12｜知的財産権 / Intellectual Property

本サービスを通じて提供される文章、画像、動画、音声、資料、ノウハウ、構成その他一切のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

お客様は、当社の事前承諾なく、これらを複製、転載、配布、公衆送信、改変その他二次利用してはなりません。

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to text, images, videos, audio, materials, know-how, structure, and all other content provided through the Service belong to us or the rightful holders.

You may not reproduce, repost, distribute, publicly transmit, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of such content without our prior consent.

13｜個人情報の取扱い / Privacy

当社によるお客様の個人情報の取扱いについては、当社が別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従うものとします。

Your personal data shall be handled in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

14｜本規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。

当社が本規約を変更した場合は、本サイト上への掲載その他当社所定の方法により通知します。

変更後の規約は、当社が別途定める場合を除き、本サイトに掲載した時点または通知した時点から効力を生じます。

We may amend these Terms as necessary.

If we change these Terms, we will notify you by posting on this website or by any other method separately designated by us.

Unless otherwise specified by us, the amended Terms shall take effect when posted on this website or when notified.

15｜準拠法および管轄 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約はシンガポール法に準拠し、本規約または本サービスに関して生じる一切の紛争については、シンガポールの裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore as the court of first instance.
